Schmidt LLC is looking to add a junior to mid level attorney. The candidate should be admitted in good standing in the state of New York, with at least four years of patent prosecution and/or litigation experience at a US law firm. German language skills preferred but not necessary.

We are looking for self-starters, who are motivated team players, dedicated, detail-oriented and who can work with minimal supervision. Strong communication skills, flexibility and a willingness to work overtime when needed are essential; so are strong research and writing skills as well as the ability to interact directly with clients. Pay is commensurate with experience.
